1) Warranty Period- One years. (Refer to the main parts and easy broken parts, such as LED lights, PCB board, IC, control system, power supply.)
2) Training Course- Provide English version user’s manual and installation instruction before the delivery. Before shipment, you are welcome to inspect the product and we will provide a training course on installation, maintainence and how to use the software.
3) Technical Support- We will provide you free technical support through email, fax and phone call. Every time when there is some problem for the LED display, if your engineer can not solve it, please contact with us a.s.a.p. and send us pictures and descriptions. Then we will try to solve it for you a.s.a.p..
